Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the App Store โ†’ tap your profile photo โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Praxis. Tap "Cancel Subscription". Alternatively, go to Settings โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Manage inside the app.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
On the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings โ†’ Advanced โ†’ Data & Privacy โ†’ Export My Data. You'll receive a JSON export of all your students, sessions, and payments. You can also export CSV reports from the Payments screen.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings โ†’ Advanced โ†’ Data & Privacy โ†’ Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Is my student data stored securely?
Yes. All data is stored in Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What AI model does Praxis use?
Praxis uses GPT-4o mini by OpenAI for natural language understanding. Queries and relevant session data are sent to OpenAI's API to generate answers. No personal student data is stored by OpenAI. Praxis is a Pro feature.
Does Praxis work in my country?
Praxis is available in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, and most other English-speaking markets. Currency and payment features may vary by region. The app is currently not available in mainland China.

Email praneel.agrawal@icloud.com with a description of what happened, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful.
